 My First Blog Post

What would you do? I'm a single, female living in the city. The only friend I have is a married man. He would like to be much more than friends with me. Don't get me wrong, I have been around. Being in a totally new enviroment and coming from the country to the city has been different to say the least. How do I keep him as a friend only?

teri - You're wise to consider this question. Personally, if I wanted someone just as a friend and nothing more, I'd make it clear to him (and stick to it) if he insisted on something more.

From the male side of things, you are in control. Lay down the rules and don't Ever waiver, even if it seems to rattle him away from your favor. My mom use to tell me when I was walking out the door, and she knew I was going out to party. "Keep it in your pants young man" and everything will be just fine. Well I only had daughters to relay that message too, so I would tell them, keep "your panties up" and everything will work out just fine, I know because I'm one of them bastards!
